The inspection fees vary depending on the type and size of the house. The fees
listed below are applicable to two-story residential properties and include
applicable taxes. Please call for pricing for commercial/industrial buildings
inspection.  

  • Condo/Co-op (multi-apartment building)               $250

  • Condo/Co-op (townhouse)                                    $300

  • Single family home (semi-attached)                      $325

  • Single family home (detached)                              $340

  • Two-family home                                                   $375
           
  • Multi-family building (up to 4 dwelling units)          $670

  • Pest (termite) inspection                                        $75

  • Saturday and Sunday inspections - add                $25

Termite inspections are conducted by independent pest control technician certified by the
NYS Department of Environmental Conservation.
